The Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center Hotel will be the official hotel for the 2009 ACMG Genetics Review Course, and is located just five minutes from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
The Award-Winning Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center hotel will provide an extraordinary setting for the 2009 Genetics Review Course, combining state-of-the-art meeting and conference facilities with scenic and serene surroundings amongst over 40 forested acres. With meetings, breaks and dining all in close proximity, the site will offer an excellent environment for this intensive course. Newly renovated guest rooms offer a wide range of amenities and a comfortable environment. As a conference center hotel – dining facilities (with meal choices to accommodate all dietary restrictions) will be available to everyone attending the course (including those not staying at the hotel).
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
A block of rooms has been reserved at the discounted rates of $119 single/double (plus 12% occupancy tax). Rooms will be available at the discounted group rate until June 3, 2009 or until the ACMG room block is full. After the cut off date June 3, 2009, OR if the room block should sell out prior to this date, reservations will be accepted on a space-and-rate available basis and may not be offered at the discounted group rate.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
The Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center Hotel dining facility offers a wide variety of meal choices that should accommodate all dietary restrictions, however the facility does not have a kosher kitchen. Kosher meals will be ordered in advance and delivered to the facility. Participants requiring such meals must contact ACMG at (703) 921-0333 or jdahlroth@acmg.net at least three weeks in advance of the meeting so that these arrangements can be made.
